These are the current sewage rates. Supported by the Board
of Public Works and approved by the City Council on May 11, 2009,
(retroacted to May 1, 2009). Effective on and after May 1,
2009.
Rate 49: WHOLESALE SEWAGE SERVICE TO THE TOWNSHIP OF NILES
BASED ON METERED FLOW INTO THE CITY OF NILES SEWAGE SYSTEM
Monthly Charge
Charge for monitoring metering station - $ 180.00
Charge for flow common to all - $1.87/ccf
Capital Cost Recovery - $0.65/ccf

DELAYED PAYMENT CHARGE
The above rate is net if paid in full on or before the due date
of the bill. On all accounts not so paid, an additional charge of
five (5) per cent of the amount of such bill will be made.
NOTE: 100 Cubic Feet is equal to 750 gallons of Water.
